DIVORCE & FAMILY LAW
Divorce is an emotional time that involves not only the dissolution of the marriage but also the division of marital assets and debts acquired during the marriage, child custody & visitation, ongoing child support and spousal support, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, transmutations, adoption, and guardianship.
ESTATE PLANNING, PROBATE, AND CONSERVATORSHIP
We prepare wills, living trusts, advance health care directives, durable powers of attorney for financial matters, and deeds transferring real estate. We represent individual trustees and executors, beneficiaries of estates and trusts, and heirs. We advise trustees on their fiduciary duties and beneficiaries on their rights. We help clients with the administration of revocable trusts after the death of a settlor.
CONSUMER BANKRUPTCY & DEBT COLLECTION DEFENSE
We work with individuals and small businesses to find debt relief and mortgage solutions that give them financial breathing room to make a fresh start. Through bankruptcy, loan modification and other alternatives, we can help you stop foreclosure, repossession, and garnishment.
